Every CFCE is supported and advised by a council comprised of representatives from local public and private organizations (e.g. public libraries, businesses, schools); early childhood professionals, community members, and parents.

 

The goals include establishing partnerships and collaborations between various agencies, fostering communication among stakeholders in early childhood education in the community, and reflecting needs and strengths of the community to the CFCE for guidance of future programming and services.
