Funded By the Coordinated FAmily & Community Engagement Grant From the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care
ABOUT US
SCCP is a grant-funded collaborative that links childcare, preschool, public schools, social services, and other community resources. We are committed to advocating, supporting, and promoting appropriate early childhood experiences and practices for children, their families, and educators within the community. We operate under the guidance of our Advisory Council, comprised of representatives from our Parent Council and local organizations with an investment in the education of children in our communities.

Currently, South County Community Partnership offers a variety of programming to reach local families of children aged 0-8, which are designed to provide support, education, and connections to services as well as to strengthen the relationships of these families with their community.
AMY CELONA
Grant Coordinator
Amy oversees all aspects of the grant-funded program, including providing family resources throughout the communities of Oxford, Webster, Charlton, Dudley, and Southbridge. She plans educational playgroups, parent workshops, special events, community collaborations, and oversees both Councils. She participates in community events in collaboration with local organizations. She acts as a liaison between the early childhood community and the public schools. She provides families and caregivers with resources and activities that can be done at home, as well as connections to local resources, public schools, and other community organizations to support families in their role as their children’s first and most important teachers.
